October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I am pleased to be part of the #sewPINK initiative sponsored by ByAnnie.com to raise awareness about breast cancer.
PATIENCE
The Patience quilt pattern was created to make a quilt that might be of comfort to someone going through cancer treatment. I am donating 100% of the proceeds from the sale of Patience during the month of October.
We will be awarding some fun prizes from Perkins Dry Goods and ByAnnie.com has contributed a $30 gift certificate to use on the ByAnnie.com website!
Be sure you’re on my mailing list to be entered into the prize drawing.
(sign up by midnight Central Standard Time on 10/31/19)
We will announce the prize winners on November 1, 2019.

I got involved because Breast Cancer has touched my family & friends, and I myself became a survivor in August this year.
My journey began with a routine mammogram in July. I was fortunate that it was caught early. I realized then how very important it is to be screened regularly.
Your healthcare provider can tell you more about when you should have a mammogram.

I love “Patience”! I saw it last week on your website. Traditional quilts are my favorites. I’m a cancer Survivor, too, but it wasn’t breast cancer. I had Hodgkin Lymphoma. Thank you for promoting Breast Cancer awareness!
Thanks, Billie! I hope we can make a difference. Best to you on your continued health!
